Cell C
Iphone 5 Screen Delaminating after 1 week

I applied online for a contract& received an Iphone5 on 08/05/2013. After 10 days of not even using the phone because Im waiting for my current contract to expire so I can port my existing number to my new one, I noticed the Screen of the handset starting to come loose. I contacted call centres who told me to take the phone to any Cell C store and they would assist. I done this & then got told at the Cell C stores, the contract was taken out with Cell C Direct & they must assist as Cell C Stores is not connected to Cell C Direct. I accepted this & then after many difficult attempts managed to get hold of Cell C Direct who promised that the phone would be collected by Ram Couriers. Friday came & went and no courier came to collect the phone.
I now had to hand the phone in at the Waterfront Store who told me that people should not deal with Cell C Direct because of their bad service. Also, Cell C Direct offers a 14 day OBF and Cell C Stores only offer a 7 Day OBF. With all the passing of the buck, bad attitude, poor service & bad after sales service, I wonder now If I should just not stick with my current provider VODACOM.
I am at my wits end regarding this matter. Do I cancel???
