Cell C the worst service provider!!!

Firstly the first contract I applied for wasnt done correctly and was cancelled I sat waiting for Cell C to bring my phone with no communication, eventually I followed up only to be told it was cancelled, I got over that and opened a new contract which was approved and was told i was going to receive my phone in 3-7 days (which I understood) on Monday 12/08/2013 (3 days after I applied) I decided to give Cell c a call just to check up and was told my phone should arrive the next day or Wednesday. Tuesday 13/04/2013 I called in again about 3pm as i have not received my phone yet but was just calling to confirm if Ram has my phone to be delivered, to my surprise the agent I spoke to now tells me the reason why the phone won't be delivered is due to the fact that there is no headsets in stock (AGAIN I HAD TO WAIT LIKE AN BECAUSE THE GUY THE PREVIOUS DAY NEVER TOLD ME THAT) I asked to speak to a team leader (Merna) and was then told that the as to why i have no phone is due to the fact that there is no micro -sims and she promised me that i will have my phone Wednesday morning by 10am. I AM STILL WAITING for my phone and was yet again told I must wait until the 15/08/2013.
