Terrible signal and poor service

I moved my accounts from MTN to CellC which I regret terribly, I have 2 phone contracts and a data contract, the CellC signal is so poor at home that my data downloaded is at if I'm lucky 60kb/s, nothing near the 21mb/s or 7mb/s. People try dialling me and straight to voicemail despite my phone showing signal. I am unable to make calls from my house. Outside of my home I receive daily missed call messages despite my phone being on and havning signal. People complain bitterly that they are unable to get hold of me. I use my phone for work email's and it takes forever to download my mail whereby on MTN it would take seconds vs. minutes on CellC. Is there anyway I can get out of my contracts as this is affecting my work and home.
Secondaly I called the helpdesk to query my acocunts and spent over an hour with cusomter service, the lady on the other end did not even know how to explain my statements, its only when the superviosr came o nthe line after an hour to clarify
