Promised feedback on billing - none materialised

Billing reflects hundreds of 'calls to internet' each attracting cost. One is R134 for 3 seconds. Reported this to Cell C call centre. Promised would get back to me by latest Tuesday this week. Now Wednesday. I have tweeted @CellC & CellC_Support... however - no response.
It may seem like I am chasing this too closely - however last month it took about 25 calls and 3 weeks to eventually get a sim swap achieved... so I cannot let this slip...
