Advertised Promo but no stock & Bad Correspondence

My sister & I have been going around and asking CPT CellC stores for iPhone 4S 16GB for the R299pm promo that's expiring end of Jan.

No one has stock, and seems like no one has a clue when there will be stock.

Tweeted @CellC & @cellc_support about the problem, they replied asking me to DM them my details and said they'll see if they could help (not sure what they wanted, since I'm not an existing CellC customer), but I still did. No response. I tweeted them again, still nothing (even though they HAVE been on Twitter - I saw them replying to other people's tweets).

I sent CellC's Facebook page a message just now, no response yet, but that's OK considering it's an hour ago.

What I don't get is how can Cell C advertise a promo, but don't have (enough stock) and a support team that pretends to help you, but not really?

The promo ends at the end of Jan, my sister still needs to do her migration application (phone is for her), and that'll take a while still. Or maybe we shouldn't bother migrating to Cell C?
