Over charging on calls!!!

After various calls to the Customer Care Centre requesting that my contracts billing charges be checked we have still received NO feedback from CellC. I have no idea how their billing system works but there seems to be a problem somewhere... I am supposedly billed R2.75 for the first min & thereafter 5c per second... how can a call of 2min 08 seconds then cost me R7.35, somewhere there are calculation errors as according to the tariffs that Call Centre gave me that call shoul've only cost me R6.15... You guys must be pocketing quite a bit if you charging all your clients an extra fee per call!!! I would like you to please check the billing charges on ALL my CellC contracts as I am seriously contemplating changing to another service provider and if this matter is not resolved within the next 48 hrs I will be informing the Consumer Protector of this matter.
