MTN is selling faulty cellphones to customers!

I've had 6 new cellphones since the start of my contract in October last year. Each one has the same problems. The first time I took the phone back to the store (Canal Walk) to be sent off for a warranty assessment they didn't send it off until I questioned it 3 weeks later. At another MTN store I questioned whether I can change the handset as each one gives me problems, the staff said I could after approval of another warranty assessment. I sent the phone for assessment, which was approved, then the store said I couldn't get a different handset. The level of incompetence of MTN staff is just appalling! Since MTN has given me 6 faulty phones. I would like to cancel my contract, I've been trying to do this for more than a month and I am still getting no results from MTN. The store supervisor can't seem to send the correct email to the retentions department. I am stopping the debit order on my account and will lay charges against mtn if they attempt to deduct any monies. I don't want this contract, I want it cancelled immediately and at no charge to me! The service is disgusting and I strongly advise that other consumers do not consider mtn as a service provider!
