10.01.13 I purchased a Blackberry 9380. 17.01.13 there was a blue line thru the camera. I returned to the store with phone in hand. The store clerk advised me that the phone is out of it's 7 day faulty handset warranty and that they will send it in for repairs. I disagreed. They said they would send it in for a warranty assessment. 25.01. 13 my warranty was declined stating scratches on the back of the handset under the battery. I had the VIR signed by a store clerk confirming there were no scratches. I went to the MTN Repair centre, after re-inspection they agreed to replace the handset. MTN BP informed me that I would get a replacement either Saturday or Monday 28.01.13 by 11am. I went in at 10.38 and was told the handset will be there in 1 hour. The service at MTN BP is seriously appalling. MTN BP also refused to assist with a temporary handset. 28.01.13 I went to collect the handset and when I arrived I was told that I will be attended to shortly. After waiting for over 5 minutes I asked what was taking so long. She said she was busy with another customer. She was also chatting to another person from another store. I requested a refund and they wanted to have me arrested.
