I received a message to contact the call centre 0821946, upon doing so the rudest person on this planet answered - Xolisa Chillane. She continued to tell me that my account has been handed over to their legal department due to no payment. Apparently my sim was deleted from the network, my debit order returned due to debit date on system set for last day of the month where my signed contract shows 25th. I have not been in contact once with Vodacom who gives you the right to hand me over change and cancel my debit order and not notify me of the problem that has been going on for as far as I understand 8 months. Now I have to jump for payments. I got this rude consultant who dropped the phone in my ear (I insist that call be pulled and listened to) I am still not sure as to what is to happen now. What I am sure of is if this does not get dealt with ASAP I will get legal advice, seeing as one need to COMPLAIN to get service. Pathetic!!!
