2 months ago i had a problem with autopage debiting my account, now apparently they have debited my account but it was returned, my bank statement shows no debits run for that creditor, and they debit the account on the 26/27th and my contract says the 1st, and now handed me over for their stupidity, cause they do not debit 1 month and want too debit the account after 2 month's and hand me over, absolutely useless service i have ever experienced. I will fight this matter since they dont know what they are doing, brian apparently helped me out but am back to square one. I wonder how they deal with big accounts when they cant manage a R99 account. Am so tire of the disgusting service, so i am going to let them do what they want to do. They worst than anyone can expect. Is it even legal to hand you over due to the fact that they do not debit your account or they debit it on the wrong date?
