Vodacom keep debuting me

I took out a contract with Vodacom which expired in December 2012. They kept on debuting my account and the amount went up from 99 to 135. I phoned in in March 2013 and was told my contract was cancelled. In April the debit order went through and now I am being told my account has been handed over to legally by Mfana and that I should call legal.

My number 0713556403 has been deleted and I now have to go through a process of sorting out my issue with Legal. I have never missed a payment and do not see why I should be handed over to legal. I also expect a refund for the diet order for April.
