I applied for a contract with MTN and it was declined because of affordibility. I applied at a different SP in the same week without any issue (This was after my MTN application). I receive regular credit reports and everything is clear. I called them and they can't see why it was declined. Can someone please advise me what's going on? Is it before I logged a complaint before and now you don't want me as a customer? I would really like to stay with MTN but if this is how I get treated as a customer then I would have to change SP
