Wrong information from the bereaus

This is the second time i am laying this complaint and i am doing this again because i still have not had a resolution because i am still having the same issue time and again but only at my bank which is very peculiar. I have paid and closed many accounts and my credit profile has been updated to reflect such but each and every time i apply for anything at STD bank i am declined because of a fictitious bad record. When enquiring with any department for details of the creditor that has listed me it seems i am asking the most mysterious question ever heard because no one seems to be able to give me that information so that i can rectify it. I remember there was a point when i applied for a home loan with documents from the different bureaus confirming that i have no listing, defaults or judgements but still my application was declined even though i proved beyond doubt that the information that has been used is wrong. I want to know with whom do i resolve this because even now i sit with proof from the different bureaus that i am credit worthy but yet again i applied for a product and my application was again declined. Where do u get your information? And Do u even update your information?
