Why advertise when you don't have stock

I would like to sign up for the laptop contract of R209 a month -its the compaq laptop special but I hav been calling MTN for the last 2 months and they still out of stock- why advertise if you don't have stock and its been 2 months-your consultants say they will call me when there is stock available but when? When the laptop becomes outdated?? Perhaps-totally not acceptable especiaaly with the acts availble
