HOME LOAN DECLINED BUT OTHER BANK OFFER

I applied for a home loan with my bank Standard Bank in December 2013 online application 4638891. I was preapproved. When I sent in the application documents, I was told that the file has been closed as no documents were received. Nobody contacted me to tell me what is the next stage. I then applied to reinstate the file and wait another 5 working days. Still nothing happened, then they escalated the query ref 56609873. Theyu came back and said the file cannot be reinstated. Then I did a new application 4647113 and was then declined, because my spouse is under debt review. Called ITC and received credit report and it came back clear. I called Home Loan sales again and they then said I am a high risk and declined application again. Absa has offered me 90% and here my own bank has given me the run around. Today is the 10th January 2014 and still didnt get anywhere. Really unhappy!!!
