Hi Ayanda,
From your correspondance it clearly indicate that you are not understanding my situation.
I've handed my phone in on the 8th February 2013 to your Rustenburg branch shop 51. You are confirming that you received my phone on the 17th March 2013. Can you see my dilemma? Surely this is not the kind of service you yourself would expect from any service provider.
I was told that it would take 2 weeks for my phone to be reapaired but a month later it was still in the shop...
I would really like to know what you are going to do about my situation as i'm paying for a handset as part of my contract.
I am not very happy with your response as it doesn't state anything that i was not already aware off.
I'm really not sure if i would even like to continue with my contract as i've given you a fair opportunity to resolve my issues and i'm still the party thats coming short.
I am looking forward to a solution that would suite me, and for once not benefit MTN. If this can not be arranged you would leave me no choice other than to take drastic action.
