Oscar, Nomode and Sumayya, your responses means absolutely NOTHING! Ever hear of the saying actions speak louder! After 20 days which is 10 days more than what I was promised, we collected my daughter's "apparent" repaired/refurbished phone. This phone went in to MTN on 23 Feb!! We took the time and effort & the wated fuel to collect a phone that couldn't even CHARGE OR SWITCH ON! What the are you people trying to prove? Whty don't you respond with a contact number where we can call you with our dissatisfaction - oh wait, 'cos you will be on the phone ALL the time with dissatisfied customers! I AM SICK AND TIRED OF YOUR! My daughter is without a phone for a month now and that won't stop you deducting the monthly subscription from my bank now would it?! MTN! HOW DO YOU RUN A COMPANY?! I am going to BC a message to all my 205 bb contact and all m other contacts to about MTN's incompetence! The sad thing is people who really works will also suffer the consequences when MTN has to close its doors!
