Incompetence? this is the worst. BAD SERVICE = Neotel. I moved 2 Tokai from Bergvliet. Signal in Bergvliet was shocking, but in Tokai, there was nothing. After moving 1 Dec 2012, & trying 2 get assistance from them, i eventually gave up on 28th Feb, (3 months without internet) i send cancellation e-mail. message back says i will be contacted in 48 hrs. On 7/3 (Neotel's 48hours), Aneliene Kekana calls 2 ask why i cancelled? I explain everything. My contract ends April, in 2 months. I pay R424 per mth, for nothing. for 2 months it will cost me R848 right? well, early cancellation fee is R900? Neotel logic. I tell her that they owe me money, i've been paying R424 for 3 months, & i have no internet. Talk 2 her supervisor Thulani Mosia, promises 2 check on usage & call me re refund, i bet him he wont call back - he doesnt. 11/3, same woman calls me re cancellation, (Ground hog day again)? I demand to talk to Thulani again, he promises AGAIN to check on usage and do credit. 15/3 groundhog day again! Andisiwe Ralarala calls, same questions, informs me of cancellation fee. I blow a fuse. he promises to get Clinton Smith to call me first thing Monday 18th March. I AM STILL WAITING
