3 Calls, 3 Emails - No response!!

Trying to phone Smart Village to get them to come and in install the line that Telkom tagged in our hotel's basement. All that needs to happen is Smart Village needs to connect the line from the basement to our office suite. The wires are already there!

12 MARCH - 1st call - phoned Smart Village and were told that "Lauren" is off ill and they can't send me any documents or quotes if Lauren is not there. I asked if anything had to happen to Lauren would your company seize to exist?

12 MARCH 1st email - sent an email to the all-doing all-knowing Lauren at Smart Village, No response for 3 days.

18 MARCH 2nd call - just got the call centre music for about 12 minutes so hung up.

18 MARCH 2nd email - asking why I have had no response and also included [Email Removed] this time. I got an automated email saying they will get back to me but no one did.

18 MARCH 3rd call - got the call centre with the option of a call-me back, left my details. Still NO CALL!!!

18 MARCH 3rd email - sent and email this time to [Email Removed] AND [Email Removed] AND [Email Removed] AND [Email Removed]

NO RESPONSE!

Do they still exist?
