We recently cancelled our Neotel account due to pathetic service and the complete disregard for client services. after 2 weeks of my wife trying i had to get hold of Neotel and finally got someone to talk to me about our cancellation. this was scheduled for the 6th June and there was to be a fee for early cancellation of the contract, i had to beg customer retentions to give me the estimate which i only received telephonically around the 2nd July and it was nowhere near the amount on the invoice which i received on the 10th July and it STILL had device charges on it when our contract had been cancelled since the 6th June. i had to reschedule a collection for the devices for friday 19th July... and still after an official booking for collection with reference number and all, they still have not fetched the devices.
