To whom it may concern,
I really have not had any luck at The Glen branch.
I upgraded my account from a student achiever to elite banking. Everything was fine at first and collected my card and to find out the next day that I was not registered for internet banking. So I went in last week Monday on my off day to go and get that sorted out in which it was fine and up until yesterday I found out they did not set my limit.
My problem is that no one asked me to set my limit and I have payments that need to be made. I do not have time out of my day to step into a bank in which, it was their fault at first for not following the correct procedures. I need my limit to be increased and I will not step into the Glen branch as time is money.
I have called in twice in general enquires and left numerous messages and I have still not received any feedback. (logged call 01.07.2013)
I want this matter resolved over the phone by the branch manager his/herself.
Please get back to me as I am not happy.
