I purchased a lounge suite dated 27/04/2013 from Bradlows Richardsbay.

The delivery was done on the 30th of April. The set was offloaded mid day.

The 1st I had time to move the set into place and noticed the one couch (the small 2 seater) seemed very uneven. I at first thought I needed to adjust the feet on which it stood.

I did not attend to it right away, I left town for a few days and when I got back I had a look under the couch.

The front left foot was hidden underneath the couch, the entire front right was diffferent from the front left. The couch is not damaged, it appears to be a manufacture error.

I took photo's. Phoned the Richardsbay branch. Makhosi (sales agent) told me she will take the matter up with her branch manager and phone me back. This was done dated 09/05/2013. I also e-mailed the photo's to the sales agent at [Email Removed]

I haven't heard anything from anyone up until end of last week.

I phoned the sales agent again and was told the lodged a complaint and someone would come out and look at the problem. I asked when and was told she will phone me back. I am still waiting.

I paid R10 000 for a lounge suite of which one couch is broken.
