PATHETIC SERVICE FROM WESTVILLE BRANCH

On Tuesday at 1pm I went into the Standard Bank branch, Westville University, to request that my EAP limit be increased. I was told that the branch manager (Westville?) will approve it. Only at about 5pm I received an sms on my cell stating that my limit had been increased.
However, the whole day today (Wednesday) I have been trying to make transfers, but the system keeps indicating that the amount I wish to transfer exceeds my monthly limit. I have been trying (via 0860123000) to contact the branch from 3pm today but nobody answers the phone at the University branch, nor at Westville branch, to whom they report.
