I have applied for a contracts 10 days ago and was approved after three days and I have to call them every day for follow up and I was promised that the phone will be delivered by Friday and Friday passed call the same agent and assured it will be delivered on 15 mar 2013, didn't arrive called again on Monday 18 mar 2013 and was assured it will be delivered before twelve and spoke to ms emmuel asking for supervisor and he transferred me to Sipho also assures me that by the end of today I will receive my phone. I still waiting for it and I regret applying via MTN direct there service is awful and unprofessional I am still asking myself why are they still hiring this kinds of individuals who to clients
I wish someone can listen to all my recording; I am very frustrated and said to add salt to my wounds I was reassured by to individual
