No phone after a month of claim empty promises

On the 20-21st feb.2013 my phone was and the 21st of feb 2013 i reported it to the police and blocked the phone all the neccessary steps to proceed with the claim i went back to game store parow to report my claim the same day. Since then i have had numerous problems with the insurance. i payed in my excess fee by the end of feb.2013 and dealt with tarryn adams a consultants. i constantly had to ask and querier when long the phone will take and communication was very bad between hollard and myself. two weeks ago i contacted tarry again and she assured me that the phone would be delivered to me last week and monday or wednesday for the latetest. no phone was delivered and friday last week i called again i sdpoke to a supervisor shakira and she was suppose to get back to me but never did. on monday i spoke to the manager off the call centre george and he promised the phone was going to be delivered yesterday i even took the day off. i missed out on a number of job opportunities not having a phone. there was no services as promised from hollard and the one agent even hung up on me after i spent my whole lunch hour on the line with her this is not acceptable and service is poo
