MY CALL LIMIT WAS CHANGED WITHOUT PERMISSION

I phoned Nashua Mobile call centre on 26 February 2013 to load a call limit of R150.00 on one of my cell contract numbers. The user confirmed that a SMS was sent to confirm the R150.00 call limit and all was well until I received my recent bill. I phoned the call centre today and spoke to Athi-Sikho who confirmed that the R150.00 call limit was loaded on the same date but on 27 February 2013 the requested call limit was cancelled and a R500.00 call limit was loaded as systems generated. I asked why, her response was the system calculates usage and decides to increase the call limit to the average airtime usage on the line. I mentioned that the line was a pre-paid number and was only on contract for 2 months, how? I suggested to speak to the manager as I could not get the call recordings from the consultant. Held on for 30 minutes to find out that the manager was busy on a call. Told the consultant that the manager can call me back if they're interested but I will take this up with the NCC. The manager Elize, phoned back but was not very helpful. I told her that I will take this up with hellopeter and the NCC.
