Dear Sir /madam

I am appalled by the service of Nashua Mobile, as I have placed a limit of 100.00 and 50.00 per cellphone respectively, and this limit was never effected as to what I requested, my bills were always over 500.00.With planing a wedding and daily mundane life, nobody ever checks their statements, based on the fact that the call limit was instated i did not bother to check until December my bill shot up to 1200.00.Clearly somebody didn't instate the bill limit. I retrieved my bills and called the call center of which I was told a 420.00 limit was set and I never set this limit. I would like a recording and date and time of the limit of 420.00 set as I never set this limit. My bills always exceed 600-1200a month yet the contract was 169 *2... and usage would have been 150.00 - making the account -500.00 monthly. I have cancelled my contract with them after using them for about 4-6 years of their poor service and billing system and people who do not do their jobs. I have sent them an email 3 weeks ago and to date no response..Their service is very poor... Would never take out another contract with them and will advise many other people not to.
