DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM MTN!!!

I'm absolutely disgusted with the service i have received from Mtn. I purchased a laptop from them the 5th Feb.2013, The laptop just stopped working and charging. I called Mtn and they promised the laptop will be collected from me on the 11th March.2013 I AM STILL WAITING!!! i have spoken to Carl numerous times and all he does it give me empty promises, Mtn really don't care about their customers as long as they are taking my money they couldn't be bothered with offering a service for monies paid. I refuse to pay for a product that doesn't even work and where i get absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Something needs to be done.

I will never purchase any other products from Mtn as the service is poor, In fact there is NO service at all.
