UTTERLY DISSATISFIED BY SERVICE

I am very disappointed in the service received from fonechoice. I ordered a laptop and had it for 2 weeks. I switched it on but nothing happened. Three weeks ago I called to asked them to collect the laptop. I am still waiting today. I called the call centre numerous times but no one can tell me when this laptop will be collected. The supervisor it impossible to reach and the call agent dropped the phone in my ear. I am very disgusted by the service and want them to take their laptop back. There is no way that one can get such poor service.
