I purchased a laptop from Fonechoice a few months ago. The number buttons on the laptop didnt work and i contacted them about the problem. The laptop was collected and returned a week or two later. The number buttons was still NOT WORKING and i phoned them AGAIN. The laptop has now been in their possession for over a month. I have sent numerous emails to them without ANY RESPONSE. I have already made a payment of almost R7000 for this laptop and this is the service i get. I am utterly disgusted with this company and would suggest that people not make use of their services. It was never even disclosed to me what a HUGE AMOUNT you pay back when you request a settlement on this. This company rips people off and provides horrific service to their customers. What a dissapointment. PEOPLE, i would advise you NEVER to purchase anything from them as they dont know what service is about and rips people off. The money i am paying for this partially working laptop i could have used to buy a WORKING laptop from another supplier. VERY VERY DISGUSTED CUSTOMER.
