SHOCKED AND VERY DISGUSTED

I don't even know where to start. THANKS TO THIS INCOMPETENT USELESS company for WIPING off ALL MY PHOTOS AND IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS. These are things i can NEVER EVER get back again. WHY WHY WHY DID THEY WIPE my things of the laptop when all they had to do was FIX the buttons that did NOT work. HOW COULD THEY DO THIS TO ME??? After my last complaint a received a call from some manager there who i couldn't speak to at that time, she was going to phone me back the next morning at 08:30. STILL WAITING FOR THAT CALL. I rather received a call from someone in their call centre NOT APOLOGISING FOR THEIR PATHETIC SERVICE but just to say you will receive your laptop on Monday. I took the laptop home on Tuesday 30/4/2013 as I was not at work on Monday and GUESS WHAT??? The number digits STILL DOES NOT WORK. ALLLLLL THEY DID WAS WIPE OFF THE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS I HAD ON THE LAPTOP WHICH I CAN NEVER GET BACK AGAIN. ITS GONE thanks to this company. How i REGRET taking this laptop. I have paid R7000.00 on this 3rd hand laptop already. All I want now is for them TO GIVE ME BACK ALLLLL MY MONEY and take their piece of trash they sold to me. I am utterly disgusted.
