Mweb
Appalling way to treat new clients

I'm looking for uncapped DSL. I decided to give MWeb a try because they offer a 7-day free trial period.
AFTER you sign up you get told to send copies of your ID and proof of residence. You can do this by uploading, faxing or emailing. I have hard copies, so I chose to fax.
I sent the fax, and then sent an email to notify them of my faxed documents.
Other internet providers offer instant connection without contracts. I therefore expected MWeb to process the application fairly quickly. This is after all 2013.
An hour later I got an email from Brenda saying that there were no documents attached to my email.
I replied that I had FAXED the documents, as I mentioned in my email.
I followed up again. No response.
I followed up once more and was once again told that my email contained no attachments.
I replied once again that I FAXED the documents.
At this point, 21 hours later, Brenda's emails are unprofessional, bordering on rude, and I still have no connection. I was told that they get up to "100 faxes a day", as if this somehow excuses their level of ineptitude.
I filled out all the information and sent the documents. I did my part. This is how Mweb treats new customers??
