Bad hosting service

I recently transfered my hosting to Mweb because I needed more disk space and their hosting is uncapped.

My issues with mweb:

1. At my previous host I logged into my account and found all the set-up info I needed to set up ftp and my outlook severs. I had to make numerous calls to mweb to get this info and also recieved the wrong info from different consultants.

2. Any changes that I made on my control panel took 15-25 minutes to be active. At previous host it was immediately.

3. E-mail accounts that I set up did not work and I had to make more phone calls to get it working. My alias account is still not working after numerous calls. The alias name should be at least 9 characters long, therefore info@... does not work!!!

4. My ftp is often not able to connect to the server.

I am on this site at the moment to make sure that the new service provider that I am considering to transfer my hosting to is not mentioned here. I will never recommend mweb to any person.
