Hi Have requested an extra Static IP Address that we can use in MWEB Datacentre. All paperwork was sent to Tebogo Diale at Johannesburg office on the 25/02/2013 at first I received no response to my application and after numerous emails and phone calls I managed to get hold of Tebogo. He sent me and email and promised he would check up on the request and get back to me in 30 min. ( This was on the 07/03/2013 after I tried phoning and eventually sent him another email) I never received any feedback. I sent him another email on the 13/03/2013 which I got no response. I phoned him on the 14/03/2013 and got hold of him. He promised again to check what the problem is and resolve it immediately. Today is the 15/03/2013 and still cant get hold of him on phone or email. This level of service is a disgrace and this is from their Mweb business department. I am considering moving my equipment to Internet Solutions as this Static IP which I have been trying to get for the last month is critical to My business as Do web hosting.
