Misleading the very people who make you exist

My wife lodged a complaint last week about misleading information that was given about a 1 month contract on my son's phone. Sisa Flatela was assigned to deal with the complaint. So far nothing has happened and I am even more frustrated, angry and disappointed than ever before. He sent one email to say he tried to phone, but could not get hold of me. He does not include his contact details in his emails so there is no way I can phone him back. He responds only to my emails if I send him a few and then only to say he tried to phone me. I don't believe him as at the same time I was also dealing with FNB who managed to phone me a few times with no problems at all. (FNB managed to resolve my problems with such grace, speed and humility - you can learn from them how to treat your clients!) Please can you get me someone who cares about the clients of Cell C and who actually understands that certain problems may be very urgent.
