My fist complaint started on the 5th of February when I had issues with Cell C not cancelling a contract that was supposed to be cancelled in December 2012 already. I was contacted by Sisa Flatela and assured that the contract was cancelled. He went further to explain that due to the nature of their system, I will be billed again at the end of February, but that Cell C will add the airtime and SMSes associated to the cancelled contract to another contract that I'm still using. This however was never done. I paid the last instalment, but in turn this was never added to my account.

Then on 12 March I lodged another complaint with Cell C with regards to another contract that I wanted to pay in full until the end of the contract term and then take up an new contract that they have on special. Once again Sisa was assigned to my case and he cancelled my contract and moved me to prepaid. I then realised that the SMSes as well as BIS service I had on my account has been removed, so I contacted Sisa via email and requested an explanation.

It has now been almost 2 weeks and I have still not received any feedback what so ever from Cell C (After sending a multitude of follow up emails).
