Vodacom is shocking! My phone keeps going to SOS. If I need to phone I have to try at least 5 times for it to connect. Then if I'm lucky I get through and guess what- no one can hear me and it breaks away. If someone tries to phone me it goes to voicemail without ringing! Everyone I know on Vodacom is having the same problem. When I asked at the Vodashop the lady said signal would be bad for at least another 2 weeks. What utter rubbish! What are we paying for???
This rubbish service makes planning a wedding or taking learners on excursions difficult as my phone is unreliable because of signal.
When is this going to be sorted? It is getting worse not better? I've upgraded in January and am now stuc with a contract, I'm paying for a service I'm not getting!!!
I want answers!!!
