Early Nov 2012, Cell C sales called me offering me and upgrade because my contract was up for renewal, to which I accepted. A week later my new phone arrived, only to discover a new sim card inside. I immediately called the call center notifying them that I never agreed to a 'NEW' contract but only an upgrade. The next day the phone was collected and returned and a few days later my upgrade phone finally arrived.

However, since November I have been invoiced 4 times for this new contract which I never asked for and I had canceled the same day on receipt. After 4 attempts in trying to get through to the Cell sales/cancellation dept, each time spending 25 - 40 min on hold trying to get through to an "agent" as they call themselves, Cell C Ref # 3022600137. This issue is still not resolved after 4 months now which is shocking. I have tried a further 3 times to try get through to the cancellation dept since been given this reference number, each time being promised that I would be contacted within 48 hours to absolutely no response & no success. I have 2 other contracts on Cell C which I also have 3 unresolved Ref # problems for which are still on going to no success either!
