Cell C consultants are confused

On the 12 Sept 2013 I called cell c for a cell phone upgrade, I spoke to Phallana Ntshohi who sent me a broachers that I can choose a phone I want and let him know, a week later I call to tell him the phone I wanted only he referred me to their sales dept, claiming that my contract have been handed over to legal dept cos I failed to pay R 30, I called their legal dept that took me about over a week to get someone who will understand and explain what was happening on their side, I am not happy these people are inconsistence, most of them don't even understand what they doing, calls get transferred all the time
