Cellc bad service

Cell c has the worse customer service ever... we received an sms to upgrade our contract., we arrive there yesterday afternoon to do our upgrade, we choose a phone and then the sales person says to us unfortunately you cannot upgrade cause you been handed to the legal dept, she was not able to gives a reason at the time, she was going to get back to us this morning and still has not called yet, I called them to follow up... the reason we were handed over to the legal dept is because of an old contract... why were we allowed to get new contract if we still owed money on an old contract, no one could give me an answer to that question, not even the manager who is quiet useless from my side... cell c's service is absolute and pathetic, they deserve an A for Absolutely useless
