Delay in cellphone repai

I took in my Blackberry 8520 to MTN for repairs because it wouldnt switch on. I was told that it would take a period of 2-3 weeks for the phone to be repaired because they do not have an instore technician. After the 3 week period I didnt hear anything from them so I took it upon myself to go check if my phone had arrived. Sadly that was not the case. I have been extremely patient and this has been a huge inconvenience for me. I would like my cellphone back asap.
