Still Waiting For My Cellphone Or Proper Feedback!

I have handed in my Blackberry 9810 cellphone to the insurance department of Altech Autopage Cellular during the first week of February 2013 for repairs or replacement. The lady, Jayshree dealing with the claim had informed my wife that it would be approximately 3 weeks waiting period to receive a new handset or the same one after repairs. Despite numerous emails and calls that were made to her, i am currently still waiting for my phone up until today. We are only told that it is in the process and theres nothing she can do! i rely on this phone for work purposes and now i am at a terrible inconvenience.
Can somebody assist please.
