I have many a time being on the receiving end of poor service from MTN so when my iphone got cell lost outside the entrance to my property on 7/3/2013 and subsequently I dreaded dealing with MTN. The contract is in my wife's my name so she suspended the contract with MTN. I then went to the police station to log the case. I was told I needed a ITC ref. As your call centre closed at 22h30, we had to wait for the next day to call again for the itc ref and then report the incident to SAPS. We then needed proof that the phone was contracted which was again tedious. Eventually my wife went to MTN Blue Route on Saturday16/3/2013 to do the sim swop. She was told that she needed an affidavit. I then had to drive to SAPS for an affidavit and then to Blue Route back with my wife to do the SIM swop on Saturday for which we duly paid. Lerato said that due to system problem she could not do the sim swop. She faxed my application to your back office and said it would take 2-24hrs. I went back today in desperation still same problem. What else must I do to get my service restored. As I do not have an active cell, please mail to [Email Removed] or my wife on 0832582499
