They didnot Repair My Blackberry 8520

I sent my phone for repairs and they did not fix it and worse they somehow took my phone number wrong so they could not get back to me when i finally dicided to go check on my phone they tell me they will not fix it... i have been a loyal blackberry user and had bought the 8520 in the last few months now they say it has some water damege and it could be steam or some other liquid since the paper that shows when it has been in water is still white. i am so dissappointed on blackberry that i am even thinking of changing to other samsung or iphone. plus soon it will have BBM because i can not understandwhy they cant fix my phone i am sure i did not drop into water and the phone is few months old it also takes about 15mins to switch on. which was one of the main reasons i took it for repairs.
