DISGUSTING SERVICE

On Friday afternoon we went to Hi-Fi Corporation Westgate branch where we went to apply for finance for a playstation 3. The lady DUDU helped us to go through the finance process where she has got no clue what she is doing. We as the customer had to tell her what to do and explain to her her own JOB!!! We had to follow up on our application ourselves which I find UNACCEPTABLE... she is rude to customers and she has one terrible attitude. Until TODAY 18 NOVEMBER WE HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM HER REGARDING OUR APPLICATION. On friday we sat there for 2 and a half hours. Saturday morning we phoned them to find out what is going on. Still nothing. We were at Hi-Fi corp from 9 am until 12:59. NO ANSWER. We eventually left and phoned the lady at the department who works with the applications and she was not even in the office. Funny part is that DUDU SAID SHE IS AT THE OFFICE AND SHE IS WORKING ON THE APPLICATION... blatant lie!!! if this is the way that we as customers get to then I would recommend them to close the doors of Westgate Hi Fi Corp. It is disgusting how we get treated. Today we will phone again to find out what is going on... Please do someting
