MTN is failing me

I have been to MTN Westgate on the 5th April and requested them to resolve my problem as their consultant failed to assist me correctly, I did an upgrade with them and they failed to forward the necessary information to the insurance company to update, that is the reason my claim was rejected. I request them to replace me with a new phone as Im contracted to them and they are billing my account every month for nothing
The lady by name of Dineo couldn't assist further and took my details with the promise to have their manager to follow up and come back to me. I have not heard from anyone from MTN.they provided me with the wrong telephone number 0838696649 and nobody is answering that phone.
