Cell C
Shockingly inconsistent data performance (Midrand)

I have been using Cell C for 3G data for just about 2 years now, but for the past 3-4 or so months the performance has absolutely gone down the drain. Reliability is certainly not a word I would associate with Cell C data.

It fluctuates in extremes, from being really good one day, to basically non existent the next. When its bad it is really bad, you may as well say you do not have an internet connection. I understand technical difficulties do happen but when it seems to be happening over 50% of the time (at least that is what it seems like to me) you have a serious serious problem on your hands.

I would like to know from Cell C what steps are being taken to remedy this problem, are you aware of the terrible performance in the Midrand area? If it keeps up like this, I would definitely not extend my contract. I would warn anyone out there who may be considering Cell C as a data option, to really consider your alternatives first. They may be cheap, but if you want reliability, this is not it.
