Hi I would like to complain about the service i received at Cell C at the Phoenix Plaza, i have a Blackberry Z10 which i purchased on 12/03/2013.
i had a problem with device - picture quality on camera is poor and unit is slow. i went to the store on 16/03/2013 to request a cancellation as i was unhappy with device . i was told by consultant and assistant manager that dealer cancellation that could only be done within 48 hours provided the device has a factory fault. according to consultant (kereece) and assistant manager (Sharon) trade partner had confirmed that.
DO THESE PEOPLE NOT KNOW WHAT CPA IS???
they were all confused about terms and conditions. They need people with better qualifications to work there cos clearly they dont know whats going on.
I would like someone from Cell C to confirm the above and explain how CPA cannot be perfomed with this network!!!
