I am highly unhappy with the service that I have received to date, being a new customer - I am not impressed with Cell C at all!
I took out a new contract last week (25/07/2013) with cell c and moved over from vodacom.
I was ensured that the Cell C network coverage in the fourways area is great and that the Samsung S4 is the best mobile device to get on the market.
I am highly unhappy with the mobile device, as it does not satisfy my daily needs and is a very difficult device to make use of, making my day to day use and functioning very difficult. I am not entirely impressed with the network coverage as it is not as good/strong as it was promised to me.
I went back to Cell C northgate to enquire about what can be done to change my device to another device and requested that I am contacted before COB 31 July.
It is now 1 August and I was not contact or assisted in anyway.
I had to call Cell C to follow up and the gentleman that originally helped me was out on lunch - I left a message for him to please call me back however I had no response.
At 5pm I called again to follow up and fortunately was able to get in touch with the relevant person. Only to be told that I cannot be assisted
