I would like to highlight the countless problems I am experiencing with MTN Gateway Mobile Communications Store. After numerous calls regarding my new cell phone contract, I am still a victim of poor service. Sent in my z10 device for service and reported a "data problem". This store reported an incorrect fault "poor battery life". Received my device and I am still experiencing countless problems. The phone had been returned to the store within the six month period as stipulated in their "terms and conditions". Still no joy, I am still stuck with this faulty device. After speaking to management at the store "Thevashen" and the Regional Manager "Aadil Khan" I am still not happy with my device and how i have been treated since January 2013 till now 29 April 2013. PLEASE ADVISE THE WAY FORWARD FROM HERE!!!
